Job Description:

MRP Advisers LLC is seeking a full- or part-time Analyst to complete an internship. During this internship the Analyst shall develop, support and build the Company’s:

  • Intellectual Property

  • Data collection and model building
  • Competitive intelligence

This position reports to the company COO and will assist him in making sure all the operating teams are meeting the Key Performance Indicator goals.

Responsibilities:

  • To be the principal day-to-day Salesforce.com analyst/report builder in the company
  • Analyst supporting all marketing activities from pre-sales through closing and renewal.
  • To learn, master and support the entire MRP Managed Service Platform end-to-end process, products/services, and tech platform offering.
  • Working closely with MRP global leadership in Westport, Connecticut
  • Maintain team rapport and build cross functional team relationships with internal partners
  • Establish, improve and evolve performance management process and analysis strategies
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are required to be able to run multiple campaigns at one time, and to ensure all finances and managed correctly and efficiently
  • Participate in new product testing and projects to help define features and enhancements to improve current platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree desirable, advanced quantitative degree program preferred.
  • Personal or business relationships within the digital ecosystem desirable.
  • Some experience in a programmatic campaign management/support role in the advertising/online media space
  • Passion for online advertising media and understanding how consumers interact with display advertising
  • Demonstrable ability to actively manage programmatic trading while leveraging data to ensure campaign success
  • Prefer proficiency with Excel- complete ease with Pivot Tables and Advanced Functions
  • Solid analytical skill set, including chart-making, diagnostic ability, manipulation of large data sets. BI/SQL/ETL experience desirable.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data-driven insights for a non-technical audience
  • Thrives in culture where cross- functional collaboration and daily interaction is key
  • Bias towards action, efficiency, and automation, as well as the intellectual curiosity to challenge current products, processes, scalability, and best practices
  • Ability to participate, if not manage or lead internal projects within deadlines
  • Understanding of DSPs/DMPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms including knowledge of / experience with DFP, OpenX, Index Exchange, Beeswax, MediaMath, Pubmatic, and AppNexus.
  • Must have an understanding of how to deliver an advertising campaign programmatically to all forms of media including Display, Video, Mobile Web, Mobile App and e-mail
  • Must have an understanding of how to associate audience data to any programmatic campaign
